Apparently Briefing.com citing ABN AMRO have decided it's to be 60% direct by "year end" even though Capellas says it is to be 40% in the "second half".

CNBC Europe says there is strength in Intel and COMPAQ pre-market. We get CNBC Europe at this time and cannot see CNBC-US or the Capellas interview.

In Europe a 25% US rate hike is accepted as necessary and expected today, with one or three more 25% hikes by April, with moderate rather then harsh correction in US stocks.
