Wake up, Chaz;-) I was hoping that Nokia's numbers would do it but unfortunately, your myopia is that bad:-) What makes you think that Nokia does not have a CDMA strategy? There's public domain spread spectrum technology (direct spread or frequency hopping) that serves as the foundation for QCOM's CDMA2000 and WCDMA under the 3g Patent Platform. What are we talking about here?

P.S. By the way, what a charming way you have of ignoring the implications of the easily verifiable reality that China Unicom has close to 5 million GSM subscribers and that China Unicom is look straight at the prospects of giving up 15-20% of its IPO equity right off the top or forking over $500 million or so in cash to buy out its CCF partners. CCF is a dicey situation for an EBITDA business that has to deal with the financial community for many years to come to fund its expansion. Might I suggest you also look at China Unicom's shabby record over the years of over-promising and under-delivering when it comes to CDMA?
