I'm confused. The article states that China will "double the world's CDMA population the first year," but it also states that they will add 11 million CDMA subscribers this year. The numbers don't match up. Unless, I suppose, they begin, let's say, mid year and add 11 million by 12/31/00, and double the world's CDMA population 12 months after they begin, maybe 6/30/01 or so.
