good point about the options. tax rate coming down to normal level. insurance no big deal.

co earns 4.90 with $17.00 per share in net cash.
accetive acquisition or share repurchase could goose earnings to $5.90/share.

Is the insurance a split dollar program?
If so those are attractive to employees and the company.
Certianly better than issuing cheap warrants or other dilutive and costly ways to go.
