X-Stream Road Show to Tour Warner Village Cinemas Across Britain
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2000--The X-Stream Network (NASD OTCBB: XSNI), the UK's first free and third largest ISP, is partnering with Warner Village Cinemas to bring free Internet access and Warner's online ticket booking facilities to cinema-goers across the United Kingdom.
Not only will X-Stream's free Internet access CDs be available at all Warner Village Cinemas throughout the promotion period from 4th February until mid-April, but X-Stream will be sending a special team of experts to a different Warner Village Cinema each weekend until mid-April. From Newcastle to Plymouth, the team will be distributing X-Stream's free Internet access CDs, demonstrating the UK's pioneering ISP and showing customers the fastest and easiest way to book cinema tickets online using Warner's service.
Paul Myers, Managing Director of X-Stream UK, said, ``Our team will be on hand to talk film goers through the Warner Village web site and show them how easy it is to buy tickets online. Each booking takes just a few clicks of a mouse, and users can also access film information, special offers and movie-links. We will also be handing out our software that enables users to access the Internet for free - without subscription charges, and featuring 0800 net access and X-StreamailPlus, free voice and fax services.'
The X-Stream Dream Team will be visiting Bolton, Preston, Bury, Sheffield, Doncaster, Newcastle, Hartlepool, York, Leeds, Plymouth, Cheshire Oaks, Longwell Green, Bristol Cribbs, Birkenhead, Inverness, Reading, Basingstoke, Acton, Harrow, Watford, Croydon, Thurrock, Leicester Square, Finchley Road, North Finchley, Dagenham, Leicester and Cambridge.
