Uncle, Since you and I both have not been around for a nationwide roll out of CDMA, it would be nice for some of the oldsters to chime in and tell us how fast can they do it. With China, they not only want to have CDMA system, they want install it and manufacture it, this will take time. In other words China wants to be CDMA player not just a user.

It is my understanding that it takes 6-9 months for an average size country roll-out. This is China. I don't expect an earnings impact until 4Q '00 or 1Q '01. But, hey, who cares. This is great news. And, thanks to Volt, I actually added to my position near the bottom rather than selling at the bottom. I am breathing easier but would like to see Q get back above 140 (serious resistance).
