A change occured on the playing field today. Applix is giveing away Applixware 5.0 beta. smartbeak.com or ftp://207.71.8.88/pub/ax50/m1 -rw-r--r-- 1 root ftp 87005699 Jan 26 01:02 applixware-5.0-m1.tar.gz to install Applixware 5.0 Milestone 1 on your Linux/x86 system, run the "install.bsh" script that came with the Applixware 5.0 M1 RPM packages. The script will install Applixware in the /opt/applix-5.00 directory hierarchy. To start up Applixware 5.0 M1, run /opt/applix-5.00/applix. Applixware 5.0 M1 requires approximately 185 MB of disk space.
