Heinz,

I saw a headline over the weekend referring to Soros' comments that the Argentine Peso was extremely overvalued. As I recall the Argentines have linked their currency to their dollar. Correct me if I am wrong on that one. FWIW Euro calls seem like a fair bet, or take the $poots if you like.

Any one follow the POS HOMS? The secondary last week was placed about 10-15 bucks under the market. Besides sh*t on a stick for a stock story it looks like busted mo-mo on the chart. gapped and ran yesterday before Robbie Stephens came in with a floatation pump. gapped down this morning now feeding the fish. clown stories over on yahoo about J6P's who took down the secondary through WIT thinking it was an IPO. hmmm, what about the prospectus.

i'm keen for a tecnician's view of the chart as that falls outside of my more fundamental approach. looks kind of like an island reversal as i understand them.

++good

I wonder whether this rumor was responsible for a sudden drop of the dollar this morning. Seems the sentiment around the euro is extremely bearish right now anyway, so any attack would probably have some chance of success.
At least I'm expecting a counter-trend rally back up to parity.
Lucky me, I just shorted the buck...
