it's great news, but I would qualify it: to some extent it depends on the terms of the deal. If Qualcomm is perceived as having let the technology go too cheaply (just to get into the Chinese market), there could be a backlash. Let's hope that Dr. J. and his team have been as tough, shrewd and ultimately fair as they seem to have been with other licensing deals so far.
