. . . Some thoughts. . . Added CRA. . .also GENE. . . Added ADAP at 100 . . even more CORL. . .even more VERT. . . sold RHAT this AM. . .thinking I really like CORL's possibilities [having had 8 years experience with their software]. . . not seeing as much potential in RHAT. . .certainly not at the consumer level. . . . and not crazy about LNUX. . .Today is first day of Linux World in New York City. . .we should start hearing the hype on these very soon. APLX, SFTW and some others should pop should we see some mania start later today. . . don't have either of these yet. Added AKLM today. . . this is a leading game maker for Sega, Nintendo, Sony, etc. . . . specializing in sports games. . . .which are some of the most popular. Let me say this clearly. . . The Sony Playstation II will change the face of the video gaming industry! It is slated for release this month. . .and it would not surprise me if one or more of AKLM's games get included in the demo disc for Playstation II. The Playstation II has nothing in common with the Playstation I. Instead of using CD-ROM technology, the Playstation II uses DVD. It is loaded with memory, I believe it even has a modem for updating the internal operating system. . .it has many features that place it far and away above anything the competitors have. . .including the Sega Dreamcast, which is pretty cool. . . . but DVD technology is awesome. . .and I believe that fathers will be buying these for their kids, but instead of buying Metal Gear Solid for their teenagers. . . they will be buying one of the NFL games or a road race game. . .and spring for the steering wheel controllers. . . reason being. . . it no longer looks like a cartoon!
