Totally agreed. I don't think Pfizer is interested in the OTC stuffs of WLA. PFE most likely will sell that portion to some of the big players. J&J is another possibility. This part of business, although growing slowly, is a cash cow for WLA, and PFE can definitely score big if they wrap both deals soon. If you look at the way market is behaving right now, WLA has become a tracking stock of PFE. It's done, wake me when this deal is over. Meanwhile, I will hold on to PFE <GGG>.
