Richard,

My understanding is that once a company files, it won't go pink. The E will still be there until the SEC removes it. Bob, mentioned that because MGHC is a small company and very clean that the SEC could review the company in as little as seven days. He made no promises, but just indicated that this is very possible.

Anyone else care to add?
