Ali - Since you want to know - Full page color add on back page of section 2 of February 1, 2000 Long Island Newsday. Has three featured desktops at top of add (2 Intel 1 AMD). Then six featured desktops (All intel). One of the six is a 700 MHz P3 from HP and another is an 800 MHz P3 from HP. They all come with printer, scanner and MS Works althought the 800 MHz comes with everything including MS Office 2000 (probably the SBE). You will be delighted to know that one of the three on top is (I swear) a 550 MHz AMD K-7 (these guys don't seem to be terribly with it about AMD chip names). Vendor is a two store chain, one in Nassau County and one in Suffolk County. Add also features 4 notebooks, but the add was silent on the microprocessor vendor in each. All major brand names on the notebooks. Great buy on an IBM desktop (one of the six). Must be that IBM is closing out the consumer line at fire sale prices.

Regards,
Burt
