Anthony--A slap on the wrist for the brokerages. jacksonvilledailynews.com My questions are: Why are these companies allowed to still trade at all? Why aren't the responsible people being put in jail? Why isn't an audit done and every dime they cheated investors out of returned? There was a shareholders law suit that returned some 900 million of the money? Why did they need to do that? The NASDAQ is supposed to be policing this stuff and be right on top of it. Instead I think it was 'nudge, nudge, wink, wink,' for years. Shareholders sue to get just a portion of what was stolen and lawyers take a big bite of that and the NASDAQ slaps some wrists with a feather and says what a great job they are doing. For the people so wrapped up in ranting at A&P. I have personally found him very honest and so skilled at trading that he frankly would be stupid to cheat. He can be abrasive, if I had to put up with the constant attacks he gets I would be far worse myself. All the Best Druss
