DIP OPPORTUNITY @2.43 WHICH I TOOK ;$) on this SHAKE TREE OPPORTUNITY ;$)
Which is how I personally saw this little quick dip AND Personally took advantage of AT $2.44.

GREAT NEWS and a few (very few in fact) sell, simply because they don't like Fonar being in the HMCA bussiness as well as the MRI business. I personally consider that thinking to be SO DUMB, however, each to his own.
In MY Opionion, these sellers will end up in the SAME Group as those who SOLD their FONR shares at $.69 cents right UP the Ladder all the way to current dip down price of $2.38...
When FONAR stock was priced between $.75 cents per share to $1.25 per share, Bill Mathews commented IN his News Letter AND on the Hot Line,
"we Believe that the SMART Investors ARE BUYING FONR stock NOT SELLING."
Well, was that right ON TARGET? I think the very SAME remark could apply NOW and I hope to be proven to have been in that SMART Investor Group, having bought at $2.44.
Got PLENTY and I may Hold these or I may sell them but I won't be selling them within the $2.50 to $3 range ;$)

These are MY Personal Perceptions and Thoughts,
Malcolm

(COMTEX) B: MAILSTART'S WEBBOX TO BENEFIT FROM SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN
B: MAILSTART'S WEBBOX TO BENEFIT FROM SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN STRATEGY AT
GOTOWORLD.COM, DRAMATIC INCREASE IN BANNER ADS EXPECTED

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., Feb 1, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
Brandmakers (OTC Bulletin Board: BMKS) continues to ride the rising
tide of strategic alliances which leverage the company's MailStart
(www.mailstart.com) division services. GoToWorld.com has made a change
in strategy, which will dramatically increase the usage of MailStart's
WebBox service.

"Now, all visitors to GoToWorld.com will be able to take advantage of
all the services MailStart's WebBox service has to offer," said Ian S.
Simpson, CEO and co-founder of LanguageForce, Inc., parent company of
GoToWorld.com. "Our partnership with Brandmakers continues our strategy
of offering valuable free services to our users in addition to our Get
Paid to Surf, Chat and Shop programs."

"We want WebBox to be the market defining online information management
service," says Geoff Williams, CEO of Brandmakers. "We are delighted
that GoToWorld sees the value in our service, and are confident that
increasing numbers of GoToWorld.com users will take advantage of the
email, bookmark, contact management and file storage capacity WebBox
offers. An expanding user base is the most tangible way we have of
building our brand identity and enhancing shareholder value. GoToWorld
is an exciting partner for us in this pursuit."

WebBox has been a component of GoToWorld since July 1999, but the
decision to integrate it into every account means a dramatic increase
in usage. Currently, WebBox signs up 800 new users daily. Since its
launch in September 1999, approximately 121,000 users have signed up
for a WebBox. The expectation is that the new strategy at GoToWorld
will result in 1.6 million new users obtaining a WebBox by March 2000.
This represents the likelihood that the total number of banner ads will
increase tenfold during this period, from the current 3 million to an
estimated 38 million banners.

"We've looked carefully at the trends in banner advertising," says
Managing Director Christopher Duxler, "and we see that studies are
showing banner ads to be as effective as television at building brand
awareness. We also look to the recent Arthur Anderson Consulting
statistics, which indicate that 25 per cent of the respondents to their
survey were driven to purchase goods online by banner ads, making
banners the clear leader in advertising that drives e-commerce. As
advertisers sharpen their marketing skills these ads are beginning to
become a more mature and effective promotional environment."

This enhanced relationship with GoToWorld.com comes at a time when
MailStart is well positioned to take advantage of it. "We continue to
add resources to our system," says MailStart's Managing Director
Richard Sutherland, "and as we add network resources and add a large
data warehouse we will be able to keep pace with the dramatic increase
in our user base that we expect."

Brandmakers is a diversified Georgia corporation consisting of four
divisions with a focus on games and vending, Internet development,
wireless communications, and New Media.

This news release contains statements that are not historical and are
forward looking. Investors are cautioned that all forward-looking
statements involve risks and uncertainties including, without
limitation, risks related to market acceptance of and demand for the
Company's products and services by customers, continued relationships
with and pricing dependence for third party suppliers, and continuity
of existing government regulations and policies.
