PRESS RELEASE: Business is booming in South America! GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 2000--American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (Nasdaq OTCBB: AMCI) announced today that its South American Joint Venture Partner, Brazil Wireless Systems Ltd. (BrasilWS) has signed a Distribution Agreement with Eagle Wireless International (Nasdaq OTCBB: EGLW) to distribute the Eagle Wireless WebFlyer(TM) and IP Express(TM) Set Top Boxes in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Paraguay. WebFlyer(TM) and IP Express(TM) are low cost
Internet connection devices compatible with AMCI's satellite data delivery technology.

Stephen Watwood, AMCI Vice-President of Business Development stated: "AMCI became a reseller for Eagle Wireless in November of 1999. Eagle Wireless has proven to be a leader in two-way paging and messaging technology that falls within our business plans as they relate to our wireless satellite data communications using both Orbcomm and American Mobile Satellite systems."

He stated further that: "BrasilWS has been a strong engineering and marketing partner for AMCI with development of Orbcomm related issues. BrasilWS also completed the initial engineering of a low cost flat Orbcomm and GPS combined antenna, which was then turned over to AMCI for completion. Their firmware, software and hardware development in the Orbcomm arena has been beyond expectation."

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, President and CEO of Eagle Wireless
International (OTCBB: EGLW), stated: "We are very excited because these countries represent a high percentage of the total business potential in the booming South American marketplace. It is reported that the demand for Set Top Boxes and for access to the Internet in Brazil and South America is on a steep sales ramp." Dr. Cubley went on
to say that, "AMCI, as a reseller for Eagle Wireless, has been instrumental in bringing this important business to us."

According to Rodrigo Rodrigues, Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for BrasilWST, "Due to the positive response of some major ISPs and other potential clients, sales will overshadow our original aggressive projections adding additional value to the relationship with all of our international partner in this venture."

Perhaps pennies per month per subscriber, but with a huge market like that opening up, this could be quite lucrative for AMCI!

Cheers!
