Burt, <Ali - Since you want to know - Full page color add..>

And why are you still posting this to Cirrus?

Few remarks follow:

<Has three featured desktops at top of add (2 Intel 1 AMD).>
I am delighted that your land of Nod is awake
little by little - whole 1 Athlon on ad!

<One of the six is a 700 MHz P3 from HP and another is an 800 MHz P3 from HP.>

You should realize the difference between advertising
and availability. Although both words start with "a",
there is a big difference:) For example, HDTV was
advertized YEARS before it become available in stores.
Did you call the store and order one 800-machine?
What was the lead time they phoned you back?

<Vendor is a two store chain, one in ..>
This is great, a chain of two stores.. makes deep
sense :)

<Must be that IBM is closing out the consumer line at fire sale prices.>
You apparently misunderstood the move: IBM is NOT
closing their consumer lines. They are moving from
RETAIL to e-COMMERCE.

Burt, you have a great method of market research:
lie on your coach and look through your local
area single news-flyer. Why not stand up
and visit "all those Fry's" and ask for a 800
system for immediate delivery?

Dream well,
- Ali
