(Nasdaq: ISSI - news) today introduced eight new JEDEC standard 16Mbit EDO/FPM DRAMs. There are four new Extended Data Out (EDO) devices: IS41C44002 (5V power supply, 2k refresh option), IS41C44004 (5V power supply, 4k refresh option), IS41LV4402 (3.3V power supply, 2k refresh option) and IS41LV4404 (3.3V power supply, 4k refresh option), and four new Fast Page Mode (FPM) devices: IS41C44052 (5V power supply, 2k refresh option), IS41C44054 (5V power supply, 4k refresh option), IS41LV44052 (3.3V power supply, 2k refresh option) and IS41LV44054 (3.3V power supply, 4k refresh option).
