Seems like the euro is making a base around $0,97. I get the impression that we could rally a bit from here. Probably already up to 0,5% rate hike has been discounted. A sooner than expected rate hike from the ECB and better economic performance of Europe could get the thing going. -g- I'm almost sounding like my fellow country man Duisenberg, pres. of the ECB, who we nickname Duitenberg (duiten = coins; berg = mountain) here. He's been trying to talk up the euro for some time now...

OT, Heinz, just saw an interview with Simon Wiesenthal about Haider and the political situation in Austria. He thinks Haider is not really dangerous and is overestimated. Haider talks tough but in practice he doesn't bite. Wiesenthal doesn't fear for Austria. Remarkable words in the current political turmoil.
