Tony, I suspect that the liability assumed from EMC's 99.9% availability guarantee is reason for EMC tanking today. I expect that EMC would pass on liability to MS if Windows NT proved at fault for any significant down time. Do you agree?

Dear Tony: Well, strange but ever since the announcement and lenghty press release about all this wonderful stuff, SUNW is UP and EMC is DOWN. EMC thought enough of me to email it to me, haha so I read it in detail. Must admit, I personally, uneducated as I am have to wonder how they will ever get 99.9% reliability. JDN
