After the IPO today, Integrated Devices Technology of Santa Clara, CA owns about 2,800,000 shares or 11% of the outstanding shares of QEDI. I believe the IDTI / QEDI relationship dates from the time of the Centuar cpu or from about 1996. Although the Centuar never worked out, the investment in QEDI was enormously profitable for IDTI.
