Now granted, Greg could be lying, but it seems to me that the danger for ANCR investors is what if he is telling the truth? That would mean that Ancor didn't WIN Sun after all, but was given the contract after Brocade turned it down. (It might not even matter at this point, since Ancor is clearly shipping some product to Sun, but it is something that I would have wanted to know beyond a shadow of a doubt if I still held any ANCR shares.)

My concerns with the warrants have little to do with Ancor itself, since the company isn't really affected. It has to do with market psychology, which hasn't even been touched upon. (For example, does the AVERAGE investor even know the difference between GAAP and Pro Forma?)

P.S. George, you have done a great job of cutting through most of the hyperbole here. SI is still a much better forum for relevant discussion of the various issues. Keep up the good work.
