Well you KNOW there is an element of truth to that- perhaps it was my subconscious mind at work.

Mr. X has ripped up the master bedroom and he sold all the bedroom furniture- because we would be getting "new stuff". And about a year ago I put all my clothes in boxes- because Mr X assured me- "This won't take me long" (that was last spring). His clothes were hung up in the laundry room and spare bedroom.

We got our new bed- it's in the screen room. It's a very nice bed- but it is IN A SCREEN ROOM. Now Mr. X has begun a start up company with some friends- on top of his regular job, and I fear I will be sleeping in a screen room for the rest of my life.

So maybe I am in mourning, in my own way, for my dear departed bedroom, and dressers, and endtables, and CLOSETS. I should have draped the flag in the master bedroom- not that anyone ever goes in there.
