Calm down fellow Vertians. Do your homework. VERT did the same thing last quarter. The conference call was the following morning. Also, they are releasing full year results and they had the NECX deal which closed late in the quarter. Many companies take a little more time to release full year results. The SEC affords them the extra time. I might also warn you that last quarter they didn't release results till a few hours after the market closed, so don't freak out if you don't see the report at 4:15 EST.
