Anyone notice that, so far, the trading relationship of JDSU and ETEK today is nowhere out of whack, compared to the previous days.

A good sign?

When is the ETEK deal supposed to be finalized? (Once that is a done deal, S&P entry will be almost immediate)

It would be a non taxable event for me which adds to the attraction. I have cash, but like the warm and fuzzy I get if things turn way south and I can pick up great shares lower. Been purchasing on weakness, last add CMGI long term and STFZF (speculation $).
