PCLN
On Feb 07, 150,650,000 shares of PCLN come out of Lockup. This equates to 91% of the OS.
IMO, this dilution added to suspicions/rumors about their accounting methods used to compute top line growth, gives a good case for the short side. Chart looks pretty sorry too. Has options.
