Scot, you are a scholar and a gentleman. Gee, reading your report and I am almost sorry for jumping boat again (G). It looks as if they are quite on target, except some potential constraints on capacity, and lets hope they do not start the next downcycle overloaded with too much capacity as they did in the recent down cycle.
