Dear JDN, So may I assume I am not alone in hoping the rumor that HWP wants to take-out CPQ is false? I can see it now: HWP buys CPQ and the first thing they do, to eliminate redundancy, is get rid of CPQ's (very professional) technical support and customer service people. How better to cut costs than to can people who make decent salaries (but do great work) and keep one's own people, who leave all the time--to get jobs flipping burgers at McDonald's for more pay. Lynn
