trading a few points lower after hours. i'm curious to hear from folks who know this stock well where they think it's going short term?

What is the distinction between "pro forma loss" and "just a loss"? Anyone? At 4:46 Island ECN is showing a last trade of 250 1/4 which IMHO is pretty good. Some people have to take profits, is it not? So they are selling on the news. Darby Millany on CNBC talking about VERT now from the Instinet floor. Says "it is trading at 252. Street called for 34 cents loss and that it beat it at 28 cents loss" So I would hold my horses for now. This will fly after 2:15 pm tomorrow after the FED. I hope they raise it by 50 basis points and not 25. IF they do 50 then the market is going to take off and so too VERT.
