I got my shares through Penson, the clearing firm for my L2 provider. They are nobody special.....If the shares are not available.....somebody has them.......notice virtually no major firms are in the stock...not even trying to balance the market...it is nothing but ECNs......back and forth.

I got shares of ANDR and so did a lot of other people (it took an hour for DLJ to confirm it, but I did take shares).

Okay, so everyone is not going to make money of ANDR, only some of us. Why blame Anthony for that?

I'm grateful for the heads up by Tony.
