gmccon, First off, I think this company is a classic no brainer because too many people jumped to the wrong conclusion, and failed to look past the earnings restatement. Second, class action suits in a case like this are reflexive, and I believe have no merit, except if it can be shown that management knew of the pending restatement and made materially false statement after they knew about it. I believe this company has a lot of upside, and wouldn't be a bit surprised to see the price of the stock well north of $50 by the end of the year. TTFN, CTC
