The reason i mentioned the 3:30 wholesale move is just that word - wholesale/sectorwide. Typing INSP and DCLK into that bigcharts link in my post # 4505 will show the same pattern for all colors. Typing CMGI GO AMZN ATHM GE MSFT GNET QCOM and IN paints the same picture - shows bumps around 3:30 today then dips to close a bit lower. These aren't any big spikes, just bumps.
Checking Comparisons for "Hold Onto The Bar" moves on the Intraday especially before days like tomorrow is something i so often do - checking to find any pattern looking the same for The Technets. That's the easy part and guessing what it means (if anything) isn't so easy. Could've been shortsellers covering or banking on some sells coming in, some folks making a fast point at the close the day before a Fed announce maybe, or institutions bottom fishing with some trading programs giving off auto-alerts on volume at that time triggered by other trading programs buys, or.....? Who knows, not me ... going thru usual DD routines sometimes see something verrrrrry intttteresting and find out later what it means.
