JD,
Hi!!

RE: "The International Union and Ford are meeting this week
to finalize details of a new Employee Computer Purchase
program. This is the result of the 1999 National Contract
Agreement to develop ways to bring computers an Internet
access to every UAW-Ford family. Some of the proposals
being discussed include using up to $1,000.00 of your
Personal Development Assistance funds toward the purchase
or lease of a personal computer. Also being discussed is
low cost Internet access for all UAW-Ford members. One
proposal includes Internet access for as little as $5.00
per month. We will keep all members informed as details
become available."

Yes...DELL was perhaps not mentioned..but, should we not consider who has been a DELL customer for sometime now?
Also we should be visualizing what DELLNET can be adding here with a GIGABUYS possibility....What if DELL sells with a discount "everything from a paper clip to a jet engine" to anyone affiliated with a Premier Page? NOW...I bet we finally have an internet company that the street can see and this one just happens to be turning a profit...Let's not forget that two Conference Calls ago Tom Meredith mentioned the amazing fact that if "you were to take the top ten internet plays and add all their earnings together....multiply it times 2....You still haven't matched what DELL makes on the internet"....JD...Feast you imagination on the 35,000 Premier Pages ..Let's say FORD is reponsible for 120 of these....Hook up all the Ford employees for a start...My math isnt the best but I'm sure you can follow the possibilities here...."to the moon Alice...to the moon"

Best, Kemble
