Jill,

Who said anything about second guessing the stock all the time? My comments were in regard to this one particular instance. Are you saying the stock wasn't overextended back around $200? Since when isn't it prudent as a CEO not to want your company's stock to get overextended/overinflated?

Personally, I see it as a masterstroke to let all the momentum investors trample themselves getting out of the stock because they couldn't deal with reality (a seasonal slowdown is not new to this business). If you think it's dumb, you're entitled to your opinion.
