I've never uttered one disrespectful word concerning McCain's service sacrifices. Do you think Gore [what an appropriate name] and his supporters would be equally respectful?

* Gore's Supporters Disrespect an American War Hero Nebraska Sen. Bob Kerrey, who received the Medal of Honor for his efforts in Vietnam, was assaulted by an overzealous Gore supporter on Sunday. Kerrey, who was outside a Gore event attempting to talk to reporters, was met by a group of hostile Gore fans who shouted insults, stuck placards in his face and splashed mud on him.

The Boston Herald reports that Kerrey, who lost a leg in Vietnam, was called a "cripple" by a Gore partisan. The response of Al Gore's campaign spokesman? "First Amendment. They have the right to say what they want".

If the Gore campaign disrespects our war heroes while campaigning for office, what treatment would veterans get from a President Gore?

CNN is slobbering all over their desks....

As McCain knows....this is JUST the first skirmish of a long war.....

Do you think McCain should be Pres. just because he was a war hero??

Alan Keyes has it right:

Keyes grumbled about Bush supporters, ''All those folks who are voting for somebody because they think he's a winner are actually sticking us with a loser.''
