jb, that tick in our Time and Sales is black. This typically means that the trade was sent late from the exchange (to data vendors only) and is an insert (a.k.a. Out of Sequence). So most likely, your broker is right. What's curious is that the typical "Out of Sequence" flag was not sent with the trade, and that is probably where the confusion lies.

By the way, any line in Time & Sales that is black (using default colors) is not used in intraday charts.
