I did say moving, not flying.

Would say it was Van Nuys, or Sherman Oaks, in LA.

Was surprised to see it because in the San Diego area I had not.

GUMM.

Zicam is available in about 50,000 domestic stores and will be available in international stores soon. It is ridiculous to try to extrapolate total sales based on the Albertsons at the corner of Elm and Main in Dallas, or the Costco at the corner of Maple and Santa Hooka in Novato, CA. If you insist on conducting such bogus surveys, you might make sure that the "rep" didn't compare sales of Zicam to the total sales at Costco. That would very likely be "negligible". Try to find out specifically how many units they are selling in an average week. The results of this survey would be interesting, but all you have to do to find out how much Zicam Gum Tech sold is by reading their press release today. They sold about $8 million worth, and according to articles available on the Internet, Zicam is selling well at the retail level. Retailers didn't load up to do Gum Tech a favor. According to Gum Tech's press release today, Zicam was in the top 2% of cough and cold products in November and December. This is why retailers loaded up. They are selling it and it is making them money!

Your fraud claim becomes more ludicrous every day, and your insistence to call Gum Tech a fraud despite so much evidence to the contrary, (rapidly rising sales, rising institutional sponsorship, joint venture with Swedish Match, independent clinical results for Zicam, et. al.) indicates that your ego has gotten in the way of your ability to make sound investment decisions.

Regards,

Dan

Try this out for size Wexler:

dailynews.yahoo.com

Your hooked old boy and all the squirming in the world just digs that hook in further. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy though. Couldn't say you weren't warned either.

Keep grasping at straws if it makes you feel better. What about the Albertson in Tulsa or the Walgreen in Topeka...How big a sample size is convincing. This is what they call a bottom's up approach, right?
