Dear Victor: Where does a U.K. subject get sent if convicted of violating a U.S. copyright? By your own admission, you have either infringed on someone's copyright or plagerized--I would have to take a look at your posting here to make a judgement.

Shame on you, Victor, trying to copyright something JAGNotes already holds the copyright to.

When--not if--you are convicted, may I suggest that you ask the jury for mercy by having you serve your term in Allenwood? It's our Federal penitentury, where the Watergate gang served their time.

Getting nervous? Your only hope is to withdraw your copyright claims. Until I see the time of your posting (as well as that of the Yahoo! person), I maintain that the fellow at RB should be credited with getting the JAGNotes rumor out first. His posting was at 3:01 p.m. the 21st.

BTW, I see over at the Compaq Club that she_x originated the rumor that Phillips was going to buy out CPQ. Now that rumor I like!!!

Regards,

Lynn, ready to drop off cookies should you be sent to Allenwood
