MDIH-Fan.....I'm not certain what you mean: "And if it is without you it will be another winner that you had but sold." I DIDN'T SELL, didn't even come close. I'm looking for multiples of where we are today to even consider that side of the issue.

MDIH-Fan, what do you mean: "the big boys will get in at 8 they will also buy in the opent market [to complete their order]" I'm puzzled by the last few words of that statement. Will they not be able to get their entire position in the private placement? How many shares do they Want/Need? I was under the impression that the private placement would be for First 1 Million and then I heard 2 Million shares. Could that then mean that the Private Placement is for 1 Million and they will buy another 1 Million on the open market? If they are to buy a significant number of shares on the open market, won't that drive the price of the stock up significantly? IF SO, does that mean the intent is to drive the stock up to, Say- $15 where the Secondary Offering is to be made? I understand that the Private Placement is with SG. Do you see NBC attempting to obtain any further shares? Last Question, WHEN do you anticipate MDIH obtaining the NASDAQ NM listing? Thank you in advance. David D
