Shouldn't someone open an online trading service in India called I*Trade? Just a thought.

<-ot-> Ravi I haven't started 'Net trading' yet. I think I'll wait for some of the more reputable companies get into the act, like TATA/TD Waterhouse, ICICI, Satyam or anybody like that. I heard the first broker to go online with net trading was Geojit Securities from Kochi (Cochin) yesterday, I think I stay away from them since the bozos didn't reply to two of my emails, I don't know about you but I don't particularly like companies who ignores prospective customers. If and when you chose one, make sure the company you deal with is both an online broker,a member of NSDL (National Security Depository) and a bank, otherwise you'll have to open an account with the broker,an NSDL member and a local bank thus creating undue delay, costs, and pain in the ass.
