ART is going to be the next QCOM. International Data Corp. forcasts that the fixed wireless broadband market will grow
from $767 Million now to $7.4 Billion by 2003.

ART has a nationwide 38GHz footprint of licenses - and will keep rolling out it's 100 Megabits-per-second data service in
those area in which it has the footprint.

ART has a slight downfall, which is that it is cash poor - but with Qwest's (QWST) infusion of cash ($251M)+ $200M in
vendor financing - we are fine... The upside is: ARTT is bandwidth rich - and that my friends far outweighs it's cash status...
if you look at the above growth projections - you can tell what will happen.

QWST plans on using ART for the last-mile in connectivity to its own network in major metro areas.

Robert McCambridge, the ART president since December, has a shared vision with QWST - that is Broadband IP is the
future.

ART will launch 10 new markets in 2000 - Boston, Dallas, Houston, LA, New York, Orange County CA, Phoenix, San
Diego, Seattle and the D.C.

When it's done - ART will cover 40 of the 50 largest metro areas in the US.

ARTT languished at $6-12 for quite a while - and now is in the $20-25 range.

I feel that at these levels, you can not go wrong on ARTT (IMHO).. Just look at some of the other companies in this space -
WCII, TGNT, MCOM.

Happy INVESTING! (for the future)
