With prices and valuations so high they're afraid to step up and give high forward targets.

That may be true with many stocks whose PEG is significantly greater than one. If you use some reasonable EPS estimates now with CYMI of $2 this year and $3 next year, CYMI's PEG is well under 1.

The quality of research on Wall Street has never been worse.
