"IMO the next 3 months will tell the story. "

If I had a dime for every time I said that about this stock...

Aw wait, I do LOL....

We gotta start lobbying to have the SHM in 'Vegas, or maybe just the IPO party!?

If it ever does come together I got the first 3 rounds
(Only for shareholders of record today ~12 by my guess <GG>)

c-ya,
gary

For over a year now I've owned a little stock called MDI Entertainment. bb: MDIH. I like what the CEO over there did. He sold over 600,000 shares of his Personal Shares to another company NYSE: SG. He did this rather than making a separate offering. My point is this. If Frank Peters would show a similar concern for his shareholders, (Not wanting to increase the Float. Perhaps more in Franks case: Not wanting to let his FCM shareholders down by not getting any FNET shares) I think FCM shares would rebound by seeing the commitment of the major shareholder and

CEO. In other words. If Frank can't get the underwriters to include the FCM shareholders in the IPO by granting us shares. I think Frank should personally. Check Out MDIH and see what "smart" handling of situations such as these has done for that company. They were in the same boat as FRANKLIN. However, they have emerged from Sub $1 and will be Nasdaq within the next 3 months.
