Awhile? The SEC has already responded to the first submission and an amendment was provided to the SEC last week (01/21/00)

We are talking days for a turnaround...and Auxer seems to be very motivated to be relisted ASAP

Seems to me like the SEC is quite efficient on this one...

Talked to Gene yesterday. He had just gotten off the phone to the SEC and said they should be hearing something next week. They should either receive notification of re-listing or they will be asked more questions. The process should be nearing an end.
He said there would be alot of information dispersed once the relisting takes place.
I to have owned this stock for several years...better days may be just around the corner.
