Did I ever say it was my market? I wish!

I won't belabor it more either but I think he was simply being honest; QCOM is now affected by seasonal slowdowns.

I never could figure out exactly why Ballmer did that, and in the case of MSFT which has a long history of dancing with the street by lowering expectations and then beating them, there is an obvious and rather unique tango going on. Don't think that's the case here. Jacobs is only starting to build a relationship with analysts, and btw, the China deal so far has not even blown us past 140. So as I said, it would be a fool's errand to think you could guide the stock in this volatile market.
