About two years ago I attended a tech transfer conference sponsored by Los Alamos National Lab (LANL). One of the speakers had taken a concept out of the lab in start up. Capitalized it with some sort of merger with EMKR. Sounded good bought some to keep an interest. The NM governor talked about the company in the recent state of the state address. Indicated solar cell technology being used in new generation satellites. Wish I could find out more.

JBKELLE: EMKR or Aixtron---who has the better MOCVD ?
Do you or your friends have an opinion? I've noticed the
hiring posts for the solar cell plant, it looks like that
is expanding. I don't have a very good appreciation for
the size/potential size of the market for solar cells,
have you seen any analysis of this sector?
