Regarding E-Trade, a neutral stance is the way to go. Bought at 22 and sold at 28 and waiting for re-entry. If you really like EGRP, buy 50% now and 50% if it goes to 15.
I dont think you will ever see 15 unless the market crashes. But anything is possible. The other day MSFT was 95. 24 hours later it was 104. These things turn around on
a dime. Shorting the other brokers is smarter, but you could make money on the short side but it is quite risky at these levels.
