George,

" I thought that I would want to own a pure play in cable modems but I can't see owning one
that loses money quarter after quarter with no end in sight."

Again, TERN does claim profitability(of sorts) now, and ahead of schedule. Obviously, with revenue increasing quickly, many folks see an end to those losses you mention(if indeed they still exist in a meaningful way going forward)- and possibly for good reason.

Also, I think you'll find TERN does offer full service 2-way services, which I suspect is very important to their revenue growth as it stands. Significantly for ultimate business customers, I'd add that 64kbps is the LOWER limit of service offered at present, so far as I know. For me, I'm wanting to see evidence of improved home offerings from TERN, and I'm not aware of a good reason why that won't come.

How much are you charged for your COX service?
