bill,
There will be no bulk sample results until next October. Also, most drilling is likely to be infill drilling for feasibility study purposes. Nine months is a long time in the markets. Yes the stock could very well drift lower. The charts suggest support is at around $1.30 and $.65-$.70 levels. Will shareholders throw in the towel and move on or become impatient and sell to play the internet and tech stocks? Only time will tell. Alternately, many things could take the stock higher, such as winning the dispute with Aber, or a perception of value.

As for Diamondex, I suspect we will see a private placement and a drill program to begin in the near future (3 weeks?). I'm guessing that it is too late for the often discussed and hoped for rights offering. DSP needs money now. Also, DSP is very thin, has a small share capitalization and could move along way up on good results.

I wouldn't hang to much importance on Aber and whether or not Diavik gets its permit(s) to proceed this year. Each situation is diferent. If it did affect WSP negatively, I believe it would be a short lived buying opportunity.

No company will be safe from the depradations
of the Liberal govts. favorite special interest groups.

LOL...rumor has it that there is some very heavy lobbying going on in Ottawa. Supposedly, Cretien's former and current bag men are very busy. I hear its raining big fat brown envelopes all over the Capitol:-))

regards,
teevee

Well, rookie, I don't know your background but your thoughts about WSP certainly suggest a chap who has not done his homework. ( Or could someone else be trying to get the price lower so he, or she, can get some cheaper.)

If Aber waits a year, WORSE THAN BRE-X???? Is this well thought out?

If Aber waits, WSP will be the number 2 mine, have more road time, and the road may well be short this year, and while there may be a dip , due mainly to investors who have not done their DD, don't be surprised if analists, including Kaiser and maybe even Bishop come out of their dead money zone and suggest this is the last chance to get cheap shares.

Read some reports from those who have done some research and come back and talk some more.

Start with SEDAR, George T , WillP and others.

Good reading
