to trade cash for debt is a poor trade off in a capital abundant market. If your impatient with your return sell and move on.

Calm down! My patience in regard to AMD is excessive.

Selling flash is an idea worth to explore. Call it shareholders' activism!

I agree with greg here. Ideas like splitting Fab25 between CPU's and flash would be impossible after a spinoff. Flash is not very calendar-cyclical, unlike CPU's. A 100% CPU company can hardly avoid having losses at least one quarter out of the year.
